The hotel’s central spot made it super easy for me to stroll to places like the lively IMAGO Shopping Mall just a short walk away and enjoy sunny moments at the beautiful Gaya Street Sunday Market, which was a treat during my stay. friendly staff really made my experience special and added to my enjoyment.

The spaciousness of the suite was a pleasant surprise. the initial check-in felt slow, taking over 15 minutes, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. The dining area felt impersonal during dinner, and service was not as prompt as I expected. I was disappointed to find out the swimming pool had been closed for several months, which I had hoped to use after a day's activities. Despite these hiccups, the staff's approach and willingness to help were notable.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a calming outdoor swimming pool. On my first stay, staff kindly helped me return documents I'd left behind. I highly recommend this hotel for a stress-free stay. I'm coming back for a weekend.
